What the Pho?! While the Asian noodle trend is taking the Space Coast by storm, Pho Viet Noodle House delivers. We hit up this out of the way spot in Palm Bay solely based on reviews and “word of mouth” for a late-night quick bite. We wanted something healthy and what the Pho? Pho Viet Noodle House has an extensive menu with such a wide variety of options for any taste pallet. The made to order dishes with fresh ingredients and no preservatives deliver on taste and quality! To be perfectly honest, this is a “go-backsie” for me to check out their Boba Tea’s which I absolutely love, but did not try this time around. Oh, where to start? Let’s go with an egg roll and a Tiger Asian Lager!
We started off with a rice paper egg roll, the Goi Cuon. It has shrimp and pork on top of rice vermicelli with basil, sprouts, and lettuce. My favorite part is the peanut dipping sauce! It pairs perfectly! Next stop, The Pho Tai Bo Vien is a beef noodle soup with sliced beef and meatballs, topped with scallions, cilantro, and onions. It’s simple and fresh. Rice Vermicelli are thin form forms of noodles and super light. Pho Viet Noodle House has an extensive menu with different options to top these noodles. We tried the rice vermicelli with grilled chicken and shrimp served over lettuce, carrots, bean sprouts, cucumbers, and peanuts. It also came with a side of “nuoc mam” sauce on the side with balanced the entire dish out! It was delish! To be perfectly honest, I was completely out of my comfort zone during this dining adventure because I was very unfamiliar with this menu and type of cuisine. I did not know what to expect. However, the adventure paid off! I found something new and exciting! Step outside your comfort zone!
