This last week’s episode was very much a celebration on Space Coast Eats with Jenny from Ember and Oak! Yes, celebratory even smack dab in the middle of this crazy pandemic! This new farm to table restaurant which started out as a upscale sharing and “friends and family style” concept in the heart of Downtown Melbs chatted with us about their one year Anniversary. That is a true celebration! Especially as they have had to adapt with new concepts in order to reinvent themselves to better serve their customers in ways that they hadn’t originally planned. Lamb Shanks & Crafty Cocktails
Jenny shared these amazing dishes and cocktails with both Jesse and I. Obviously, we wanted to make sure that you could see what was happening live in our studios! Check out the Lamb Shank Bourguignon with a Red Wine Gravy & Creme Fraiche Whipped Potatoes! She also brought two crafty cocktails to accompany the lamb shanks. These tasty little cocktails are also available bottled to go. One is a White Negroni which has tequila. My absolute favorite is once again the smoky cocktail. Do you see a trend? Jenny also shared the Old Ember signature cocktail which is made with Tree Oak Whiskey, Glasgow Scotch and bitters.
